A boutique villa resort developer was opening 10 private pool villas in Bali's Canggu area and needed a consistent furniture and soft furnishing package across all properties. The tropical climate demanded humidity-resistant materials, while the brand positioning required a high-end, resort-luxe aesthetic that would read well in photography and on social media.
Furnishing 10 villas consistently while managing humidity, salt air, and tropical sun was the primary materials challenge. Local Bali suppliers couldn't achieve the desired quality level at the required quantity. The developer also needed a single invoice and logistics partner — not 10 separate vendor relationships.
We designed a villa furniture package with tropical climate at the centre — teak and mahogany frames, outdoor-rated rattan, and high-density foam with anti-mould treatment in all cushions. Indoor pieces used engineered timber to resist humidity movement. We split delivery into two shipments timed to villa completion stages, with a local Bali installation team coordinated through our logistics partner.
We deliver consistent FF&E packages across multiple units with climate-appropriate materials.
