8 weeks production + shipping

A high-profile Los Angeles interior designer was furnishing a 4,000 sq ft Bel Air residence and needed custom furniture pieces that matched exact material specifications — specific fabric colourways, unusual dimensions, and finish combinations unavailable from US suppliers. We became their sourcing and production partner for the entire project.

The Challenge

The designer had a very precise specification document — fabric references, exact leg finishes, custom cushion profiles, and proprietary colour matching. Standard factory catalogues could not meet these requirements, and previous attempts with local custom workshops had resulted in quality inconsistencies and delays. The client's installation date was fixed.

Our Solution

We began with a material sampling phase — sending physical fabric swatches, wood finish samples, and hardware options for designer sign-off before any production began. Once confirmed, we coordinated production across three specialist factories, ran a detailed pre-shipment photo review, and arranged white-glove delivery to the LA residence. All pieces arrived with installation guides and spare hardware.
