We standardised the cabinet design across all 12 units with a modular system that allowed minor variations (appliance openings, island lengths) without altering the production process. All cabinets were produced flat-packed with numbered panels and a pre-drilled hardware system for fast on-site assembly. Three delivery stages were timed to each construction stage handover.
