A Riyadh hospitality developer was opening a grand hotel with a signature restaurant positioned as one of the city's premier dining destinations. The dining room required furniture and lighting at a scale and opulence that would match the architectural ambition of the space — a 200-cover restaurant with a 5-metre ceiling height and a statement chandelier as the visual anchor.
At 200 covers, the sheer volume of dining chairs and tables required flawless consistency in finish and quality — any variation would be immediately visible in such a grand, uniform space. The chandelier specification required custom engineering for the ceiling height. And the entire FF&E package needed to arrive in Riyadh before the fit-out programme's hard deadline.
We designed the chair and table programme with a single production team for maximum consistency. Upholstery was batch-cut from the same fabric roll to ensure colour uniformity. The chandelier was custom-engineered in our Foshan lighting district with an adjustable suspension system to accommodate the final ceiling height on-site. All pieces arrived 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
