A Toronto interior designer was completing a fully furnished luxury apartment for an overseas investor client. The apartment needed to be photography-ready within 6 weeks and required a coordinated furniture package across every room — living, dining, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a home office — all delivered and installed without any direct client involvement on-site.
The end client was based overseas and unable to visit for sign-off. Every furniture and material decision needed to be made remotely through the designer, using digital renders and reference images. The 6-week timeline from order to installation was aggressive, requiring air freight for select items to meet the photography date.
We created a full digital specification document with product images, material swatches, and 3D placement plans for remote designer approval. Standard items were consolidated for sea freight; two feature pieces — a custom sofa and a dining table — were air-freighted to meet the deadline. Installation was coordinated with a Toronto white-glove delivery service.
We handle the full process with digital approvals, so you don't need to be on-site.
